These Terms of Service and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Revstro website, services, and any content provided by Revstro (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the services.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. You may not use the Platform if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable laws.
Revstro provides a subscription-based platform that includes pre-made affiliate content (e.g., listicles, presale pages, landing pages), custom branding and domain setup, content hosting, affiliate offer access, and tracking configuration for supported advertising platforms. Premium and managed services may be offered for an additional fee.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
Subscription fees are billed in advance and automatically renew unless canceled. Payments are non-refundable. Additional fees may apply for overages, upgrades, or custom content. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information at all times.
You agree not to misuse the Platform. Prohibited activities include: violating laws, infringing on others’ rights, distributing malicious software, scraping content, impersonation, or disrupting the service. Revstro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.
All materials, templates, branding elements, technology, and intellectual property on the Platform remain the property of Revstro or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the content solely in connection with the services provided.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal and campaign data.
Revstro may integrate with third-party platforms such as Everflow, or Meta. Your interactions with those platforms are governed by their terms. Revstro is not liable for third-party services or data loss arising from them.
We strive to maintain reliable access to the Platform, but outages or maintenance may occur. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature or service at any time, with or without notice.
You may cancel your account at any time. Revstro may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your content and data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period unless legally required to be retained.
The Platform is provided ‘as is’ without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee traffic, conversions, or specific outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revstro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding any claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revstro and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
